Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. While the rooms were a bit musty smelling even though they had queen beds and all brand new fixtures, the service was top-notch with very helpful and kind staff. The location was very convenient for our family vacation outside of Portland, making it easy to access various sightseeing activities. However, the dining experience fell short with odd requirements despite the pricey room rates.
I found the hotel to be one of the few that suited our needs. The rooms were bright, with lots of good lighting, and certainly large enough for two people. However, there was an overly fragrant scent, perhaps from cleaning solutions. The service was amazing and very accommodating, although there was a negative experience with a rude and unhelpful member of staff. The location was fantastic for an overnight stop before heading up to northern Maine, with easy access to surrounding activities. The dining experience was not ideal, and I had to get our own towels at the front desk.
My stay at the hotel was quite satisfying overall. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchen area and fridge, which was a big plus for us. The service had its ups and downs, with pleasant interactions but also some issues with overcharging. The location was convenient for our needs, offering easy access to the Cross Arena and surrounding sights. The dining options were decent, although the pricing seemed a bit off. The facilities were satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay overall.
